ReplaceRex Software License Agreement
BY DOWNLOADING AND/OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, THAT YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND THAT IT IS THE ONLY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US PERTAINING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF. SUBJECT TO AMENDMENTS REGARDING THE ReplaceRex SOFWARE AND/OR ITS DOCUMENTATION, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY, MODIFY OR TRANSFER THE SOFWARE OR ITS DOCUMENTATION OR ANY COPY OR PART THEREOF, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
The ReplaceRex software is licensed, not sold, to you by AutoClicker Lab. Your use of the ReplaceRex software is limited to your business operations and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The right of use covered by this License Agreement is dependent on your commitment to abide by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. The ReplaceRex software is protected by copyright law.
Grant of License:
AutoClicker Lab hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, limited license during the validity of this License Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
Limitations of License:
You may update the program free of charge up to the version two units higher than the bought one (for example, if you buy version 4.70, you can update it free of charge up to version 6.70).
DISCLAIMER: In no event shall AutoClicker Lab be liable to you for damages, whether direct or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential arising out the use of any component in the software.
